Hey there!

We are so glad you're back to hear more about our crops.

This week flew past without too many exciting plans going on. We focused on maintaining our transplants and our plants in the field.

In the greenhouse, we could see the progression of the tomato and pepper seeds with each daily check-up for watering.

Weekly highlights:

Sunday (Sep. 24th): Emily checked on the pepper and tomato plants. The hot peppers sprouted first.

Monday (Sep. 27th): Salina documented some of the wilting that the kale was experiencing out in the field. Despite watering only a short period before that, the plants required more hydration from Salina.

Friday (Sep. 29th): Aaron visited the plants in the field and the greenhouse to inspect their condition. The sweet peppers, hot peppers, and tomatoes had all sprouted in the greenhouse.

Look for our first recipe post here soon!

Happy Growing-
