Keep up the good work Growfers, your garden is looking great and your blog is well written and very informative. I for one didn't know that spinach can help those will low meat diets get the iron and protein they need. Its also nice how you cite the sources for the information you reference while getting a lot of great information into every weekly blog. I guess I always knew veggies are high in vitamins but never really knew the specifics until now, and seeing as I value my health and eyesight I'll definitely keep a good amount of vegetables in my diet.
